The mission of the One Way Water Polo Club is to promote the sport of water polo and to provide athletes of all ages the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop through skills training and team play.
The One Way Water Polo Club has as youth program for boys and girls ages 7 and up.
Water polo is a fast-paced game that combines aspects of basketball, soccer, wrestling, and of course swimming. It is one of the toughest sports you can play while having fun and building strength and conditioning.
We have teams with a wide range of skill levels from beginning to advanced competition. Instruction includes the rules of the game, team strategies, ball handling, the egg-beater kick and swim technique. This program is designed to teach fundamentals of water polo and focus on skill development while having fun.
